The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proven 'External Sales Executive' to manage and grow our established customer base across the Midlands. This is a prime role for a sales professional with industry experience who is looking to take their career to the next level with a respected market leader.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and grow our existing customer accounts.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across the region.
- Promote and sell our extensive range of bearings, power transmission, and consumable products.
- Achieve and exceed agreed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotes and manage customer orders.
- Utilise internal technical support to provide comprehensive solutions to customer needs.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience in external sales, ideally within the bearings, power transmission, or engineering consumables sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of our product areas.
- A demonstrable ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and driven attitude with a clear focus on results.
- A full UK driving licence.
