Responsible for managing depot store operations, supporting the Area Stores Manager, ensuring vehicle parts and fuel availability, processing warranty claims, maintaining stock systems, and keeping store areas clean and secure.
Responsibilities
- Support the Area Stores Manager to ensure optimum management of material and fuel stocks.
- Accurately process warranty claims.
- Ensure vehicle parts and fuel are available to meet depot operational needs.
- Maintain awareness of fleet changes and adjust stock levels accordingly.
- Follow procedures for bulk fuel deliveries and accurately reconcile fuel stocks.
- Keep store areas clean, tidy and store stock in a secure, safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor and manage stock usage.
- Maintain relevant business systems to record all aspects of stock management.
Location & Working Hours
Norwich – Roundtree Way
39 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00.
Pay
£14.84 per hour (£30,100 per annum).
Qualifications
- UK resident with proof of Right to Work.
- Commercial vehicle parts advisory or stock management experience (beneficial).
- Clean UK driving licence (beneficial).
