I am seeking a Senior Service Manager with a background and knowledge of either children or young people's services. You will join a well-established, independent organisation in the role of Senior Service Manager, reporting to the Directors, providing operational support, line managing staff, and overseeing all business needs.

You will ensure the business continues to provide high quality support to young people, and will also ensure the business meets its long-term growth ambitions. You will have significant knowledge and experience of children or young people's services and experience of management and business development within this field. You will be self-motivated and ambitious, keen to explore new ideas and push boundaries.
