I have an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of domiciliary care services in Devon. Under the leadership and guidance of a knowledgeable, highly experienced and supportive team, you will join an established and well-respected service, to manage a staff team delivering an excellent homecare service in the Exeter area.
About You: You will ideally have a background in homecare and experience as a Registered Manager. Alternatively, you could be a strong people manager with experience in another care setting. You will have strong business acumen, with an understanding of business development, excellent communication and relationship building skills, an understanding of staff motivation and retention, and a strong sense of personal awareness. You will be keen to develop your knowledge of this sector, with a strong desire to make a positive difference to people's lives.
