What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care where required.
- Encouraging independence and helping people develop life skills.
- Assisting with shopping, cooking, appointments, and household tasks.
- Supporting individuals to access social, leisure, and community activities.
- Administering medication (following training and competency assessments).
- Promoting dignity, respect, choice, and person-centred care at all times.
- Maintaining accurate records and working as part of a supportive team.
