What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care where required.
  • Encouraging independence and helping people develop life skills.
  • Assisting with shopping, cooking, appointments, and household tasks.
  • Supporting individuals to access social, leisure, and community activities.
  • Administering medication (following training and competency assessments).
  • Promoting dignity, respect, choice, and person-centred care at all times.
  • Maintaining accurate records and working as part of a supportive team.
