I have a rare opportunity for someone with a background in care and supervisory experience to join a forward-thinking, dynamic and supportive organisation as a Deputy Manager within a children's home in the Gloucester area. You will join a friendly team and will play a part in leading, coaching, mentoring and supervising the team, as well as liaising with the wider community and the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that the service provides a nurturing and supportive environment to children with a history of trauma.
You will receive ongoing training and development with a structured programme to help you develop in your role and progress your career.
Please note, the role being advertised is a Deputy Manager position. However, if you are not quite at this level, but are a team player with a kind and caring nature, a passion for supporting people, and an understanding of trauma background and challenging behaviours, there may be an opportunity to receive coaching and development to fill the gaps in your experience.
