We're now looking for a Data Analyst to join for a 15 month maternity cover contract. We will consider full and part-time hours. As a Data Analyst, you will turn healthcare and product data into clear, useful insights that support customers and teams across First Databank. Using SQL and other analysis tools, you will investigate data and answer customer, product and business questions, creating reports, dashboards and data views that highlight performance, progress and opportunities for improvement. You will work with colleagues and customers to understand reporting needs and deliver practical, accurate outputs, investigating anomalies and potential data-quality issues while communicating findings clearly to different audiences. Provide analytical support across our Product, Commercial, Marketing, Content and Account Management functions To be considered as a Data Analyst, you will need: Experience of analysing data in a work, study or project setting Practical SQL experience, or a strong willingness and ability to develop SQL skills quickly Good working knowledge of Excel The ability to explain data and analytical findings clearly in conversations, written reports or presentations Curiosity about how data, technology and healthcare services can be used to improve outcomes Other organisations may call this role SQL Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, BI Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Data & Reporting Analyst, Insights Analyst, Data Insights Analyst, Business Data Analyst, or Product Data Analyst.
