Fire and Security Systems Engineer Fire and Security Systems Engineer required in Southampton or surrounding areas. £25,000 – £38,000 (Depending on experience) Fire and Security Systems Engineer Job Summary In this role you will use your experience to install Fire and Security systems and equipment. These include: Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Fire alarm and CCTV Knowledge/Experience of data networking would be highly beneficial however we are happy to send you on courses. This is an ideal opportunity for those who are looking to join a young team in a rapidly growing company. This role will be based in Southampton but will require travel throughout Hampshire and Dorset. The types of equipment you will be installing will be: Cctv: Hikvision, Axis, Avigilon but comfortable with all Intruder alarms: installing Pyronix/Orisec. But comfortable with all Fire: Installation of Advanced and Ctec but comfortable with all Access Control: Paxton Door entry: Videx and Hikvision * Installation of Electronic Security Systems * Company Van provided * On call compulsory however we do not get call outs frequently if at all. This would be 1 in 3 but possibly 1 in 4 * Company Laptop * Training courses to expand product knowledge * Overtime available when work becomes excessive * 20 Days holiday exclusive of bank holidays inc your birthday off too! * Career progression available * Advanced skills such as commissioning and system design knowledge are preferable * Good communication skills with the clients/customers * Experience in fault finding diagnostics 40 hours Per Week * £25000 – £38,000 per annum, negotiable dependant on experience * Contracted Hours are 40 per week but the candidate will need to be flexible due to the nature of the role * Occasionally overnight stays will be required.
