This magnificent HOTEL is looking for an enthusiastic COMMIS PASTRY CHEF to join the high-end kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, be inspired, and start your career in Pastry by gaining experience in bakery, afternoon tea, chocolate work, sugar work, and desserts.
The hotel\'s Bar & Lounge dining area is relaxed, busy, and fun, overlooking beautiful scenery. It is a great place for guests to enjoy drinks, coffee, and afternoon tea. They serve luxury buffets with delectable British, Mediterranean, and Asian dishes, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests can see their chefs preparing food in an open kitchen with rotisseries, woks, and wood-fired ovens.
As a Commis Pastry Chef, you will help prepare and present this diverse cuisine. Relevant qualifications like NVQ or willingness to study for them are desirable. Previous experience is ideal, but enthusiasm for the industry is essential. Our client is seeking a positive, flexible, and focused attitude.
