Role Overview
The busy kitchen team is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead in producing a range of delicate desserts, proper puddings, and sweet creations for the entire hotel. Responsibilities include creating desserts for large conferences and events, mini-desserts for the restaurant, and afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career in pastry.
