This luxury, multi award-winning property in the heart of the countryside is looking to recruit an ambitious Pastry Chef de Partie for their Fine Dining Restaurant with a great career path.
This is a demanding role, but working as part of a large and highly skilled brigade, you and the restaurant kitchen team will cater for the hotel’s multi award-winning restaurant, constantly meeting and exceeding guest expectations. It is preferred that you come from a minimum of a 2 AA Rosette background, but the position is also open to those who can display thorough knowledge, commitment, and dedication to the trade.

Qualifications/Experience required:
- Experience with fresh produce
- Preferably to a minimum of 2 AA Rosette standard
- Approximately 1-2 years experience at this level
- NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent and hygiene certificate essential
- Small luxury hotel experience
- Solid and stable background
- Fast and eager to learn
- Motivated, passionate, and dedicated worker
