This beautiful award-winning hotel is seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

Role Overview: The busy kitchen team needs a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead in creating indulgent desserts, proper puddings, and sweet treats for the entire hotel. The role involves working on large conferences and events, as well as crafting mini-desserts for the restaurant and afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary. This is a great opportunity to develop your career in pastry.
Requirements:
- NVQ 1 & 2 or equivalent
- Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
- Planning and time management skills
