This award-winning hotel is seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

Role Responsibilities
The busy kitchen team needs a Pastry Chef de Partie to help lead the production of indulgent desserts, proper puddings, and other sweet creations for the entire hotel. This includes large-scale conferences and events, inspired mini-desserts for the restaurant, and classic and contemporary afternoon tea pastries. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career in pastry.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
