Pastry Chef de Partie - Award Winning Hotel

This beautiful award-winning hotel is seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

Location: Magnificent setting with beautiful views, offering live-in accommodation, a fantastic culture, and a strong focus on staff welfare and wellbeing.

The busy kitchen team needs a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead in producing a range of delicate desserts, proper puddings, and sweet creations for the entire hotel. Responsibilities include catering for large conferences, events, restaurant mini-desserts, and afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career in pastry.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
  • Planning and time management abilities
  • Flexible attitude
  • Experience in relevant disciplines
  • NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
