This beautiful award-winning hotel is seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

Role Responsibilities
The busy kitchen team needs a Pastry Chef de Partie to help lead in producing a range of indulgent desserts, puddings, and sweet creations for various hotel functions. Responsibilities include creating desserts for large conferences and events, as well as mini-desserts for the restaurant and afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career specializing in pastry.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
