Role Responsibilities
The busy kitchen team seeks a Pastry Chef de Partie to help lead in producing a range of delicate desserts, proper puddings, and other sweet creations for the hotel. Responsibilities include preparing desserts for large conferences and events, creating mini-desserts for the restaurant, and afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career specializing in pastry.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
