This beautiful award-winning hotel is seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

Location: Magnificent setting with stunning views, offering live-in accommodation, a fantastic culture, and a strong focus on staff welfare and wellbeing.

The busy kitchen team requires a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the production of indulgent desserts, proper puddings, and sweet creations for various hotel events, including conferences, restaurant service, and afternoon teas. This role provides a great opportunity to develop your career in pastry.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
• Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
• Planning and time management abilities
• Flexible attitude
• Experience in relevant disciplines
• NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
