Chef De Partie Position
This picturesque and beautiful village gastro pub is seeking a creative and talented Chef de Partie to join their kitchen brigade. The property prides itself on serving high-quality, locally sourced produce, often from their own land, including seasonal game dishes prepared on site by professional chefs.
The successful Chef de Partie should be creative, passionate about food and presentation, flexible, and love cooking. All applicants should be dedicated to maintaining the high standards of this busy and popular gastro pub.
Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will work in an inspiring kitchen environment.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
- Experience as a Chef de Partie
- Passion for food and presentation
- Hygiene certificate
- Experience with fresh produce
