Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Develop a solid understanding of syndicated loan structures, documentation, and market practices in international loan markets. Build and maintain strong working relationships with facility agents, arrangers, and external counterparties.
  • Credit Analysis: Prepare comprehensive credit reports and loan applications in both English and Mandarin.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage and monitor the loan portfolio, including handling overdue accounts and credit reviews.
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Support other banking operations as required by management.

Requirements

  • Eligibility: Must have the legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship (Evidence required).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant experience in corporate banking, syndicated loans, or credit analysis preferred.
  • Language: Native or professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (Written and Spoken).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
