Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Develop a solid understanding of syndicated loan structures, documentation, and market practices in international loan markets. Build and maintain strong working relationships with facility agents, arrangers, and external counterparties.
- Credit Analysis: Prepare comprehensive credit reports and loan applications in both English and Mandarin.
- Portfolio Management: Manage and monitor the loan portfolio, including handling overdue accounts and credit reviews.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Support other banking operations as required by management.
Requirements
- Eligibility: Must have the legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship (Evidence required).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant experience in corporate banking, syndicated loans, or credit analysis preferred.
- Language: Native or professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (Written and Spoken).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
