Responsibilities and qualifications
- During a period of significant organisational changes, support on restructures and related processes.
- Deliver successful strategy implementation; Workforce strategy, people management and leadership capability, workforce performance and productivity.
- Provide business insight into the formulation of both local and corporate Workforce Strategy HR.
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency of application and approach on all people management matters.
- Contribute to the wider management and leadership of the Workforce and OD Directorate through membership of the Workforce and OD Directorate leadership team.
- The successful HR Manager will be qualified to CIPD level 7 (or equivalent qualification or experience), have significant and broad working knowledge across multiple HR specialisms and be experienced at working at management level.
