Location: East of England
Act as business partner to a designated Directorate and its leadership team to influence and shape the people and change agenda, developing and delivering HR plans and priorities for the specified Directorate.
Provide business insight into the formulation of both local and corporate Workforce Strategy HR.
Diagnose business and people related issues and requirements for the Directorate.
Act as the crucial link between the needs of the Directorate and accessing the resources and talents of the specialist Corporate Workforce and OD functions.
Work cooperatively and collaboratively with colleague Business Partners to ensure consistency of application and approach on all people management matters across all Directorates.
Contribute to the overall management and leadership of the Workforce and OD Directorate through membership of the Workforce and OD Directorate leadership team.
