Expertly managed and delivered waiting list targets in accordance with Planned Care National Access performance drivers. Experienced in a wide range of highly successful turnaround/development assignments, service redesign, service improvement and governance.

Successfully led service improvements in utilization and compliance in 18 weeks RTT including non admitted waiting times from 44% to 90% achieved in 6 weeks. Effectively improved the achievement of performance targets in both Cancer, and 4 hour ED targets and made Theatre utilization improvements from 84% to 92%. Achieved service cost savings of approximately £6.5 million, in the past 5 years.
