Our Client, a London based CCG, is seeking 2 Interim Project Managers with commissioning experience to lead and implement CCG projects at pace that will support delivery of the CCG's commissioning intentions and challenging QiPP programme that contributes to the CCG's strategy. The projects are at different stages in their development and implementation with a great opportunity to take forward in a relatively short timescale. The project managers will work to the Director of Commissioning and Director of Quality and Governance.
The post holders will be designated Project Managers for the following portfolios:
- Discharge to Assess
- LAS frequent callers
- End of Life Care
- Effective Commissioning and Decommissioning
- Commissioning Lead for Integrated Urgent Care service - 111 & GP OOHs
Responsibilities:
- Review and refresh the existing PIDs, project plans and milestones for designated projects to ensure delivery of the QiPP requirements and implementation in April 2017.
- Produce relevant documentation e.g. Business Cases, Equality Impact Assessment to meet CCG governance requirements and underpin implementation.
- Responsible for leading and implementing the projects.
- Work in partnership with local CCGs to align projects and share learning.
- Work with provider partners across the local system to shape and deliver the projects.
- Engage key stakeholders in the delivery of the projects.
- Have an oversight of relevant transformation and QiPP programmes across the CCG to identify interdependencies and understand their impact and contribution.
- Produce regular progress reports; identify issues and risks to the Lead Director.
- Act as the point of contact for the CCG for the Integrated Urgent Care service - 111 & GP OOHs.
- Identify further project and transformational opportunities.
