Key experience includes:

  • Over 15 years undertaking several roles within Primary, Community and Acute care, continually driving positive change.
  • Supporting an Acute Trust with the expansion and reconfiguration of clinical services due to the merger of hospitals and the transition of acquiring another Trust.
  • Working with the executive team at a specialist neuro-rehabilitation hospital to deliver key quality standards and to embed governance structures.
  • Developing and delivering a quality improvement action plan which resulted in achievement of previously failed CQC standards.
  • Project managing a large EoL care project for a South East Based Primary Care organisation, working with Commissioners, hospices and CCG's to improve EoL care access.
  • Project managing multiple projects for a London Based Commissioning organisation, working with its newly formed Cluster at the time, supporting GP's and Commissioners to develop business plans, their service and estates strategy and deliver new service models.

Additional skills and qualifications include:

  • Prince2 Practitioner qualified Project Manager of a large-scale Covid-19 Response Programme.
  • MBA, Prince2 Practitioner and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner status.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Interim Operations Manager – Cancer Services Home Counties based NHS Acute Trust Oct 2018 – current.
  • Expertise in RTT Process mapping and Project Implementation.
