Responsibilities

  • Oversight and tracking of delivery of performance improvement plans, working closely with clinical business units with a PMO type approach
  • Provide support to divisional operational directors and divisional operational managers in developing/refining improvement plans where areas of need arise
  • Lead on oversight and support to the Transformation and Service Improvement Board, ensuring a robust grip on latest delivery, risks and issues
  • Support internal and external reporting and assurance activities, including board and sub-committee performance reporting
  • Support the redesign of business intelligence and reporting processes to ensure floor to board visibility of key operational indicators
  • Contribute to operational performance planning activities, working closely with the strategy and transformation teams
