Responsibilities
- Reviewing all patients on the waiting list above 40 weeks across all local collaboration of Acute Hospitals.
- Identifying opportunities to jointly manage these patients including the use of Independent Sector Providers.
- Leading patient liaison through care pathways with Independent Hospitals.
- Ensuring that appropriate processes are followed by patients during their pathways, such as ensuring COVID tests are completed prior to admission.
