Highly effective Prince 2 Practitioner with over 15 years Public Sector experience, most recently within the NHS.

  • Expertly delivered a 6 month contract for the first Phase of the Redesign of the Acute Medical Unit at a large North West based Foundation Trust.
  • Successfully designed and implemented new care pathways for patients with acute medical conditions.
  • Efficiently developed realistic implementation plans for individual work streams for project and work with the project leads to update and monitor progress.
  • Experienced in undertaking research, preparing and present reports, business cases or statistical information.
  • Engaged with external stakeholders including local Clinical Commissioning Groups, Local Authorities, Ambulance Services, General Practitioners, Community teams and voluntary patient groups.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to achieve shared goals and maintain effective working relationships.
