Provide business insight into the formulation of both local and corporate Workforce Strategy HR. Diagnose business and people related issues and requirements for the Directorate. Act as the crucial link between the needs of the Directorate and accessing the resources and talents of the specialist Corporate Workforce and OD functions. Work cooperatively and collaboratively with colleague Business Partners to ensure consistency of application and approach on all people management matters across all Directorates.
