Acted as General Manager for Medical Specialties and Deputy Head of Operations for an NHS Trust challenged with 18 weeks performance. Identified performance blocks to achieve and maintain 18 weeks across all specialities. Adapted pathways and developed new pathways with clinicians to provide additional capacity.

Expertly managed Renal services for a Midlands based NHS University Hospital Trust. Engaged to increase capacity by developing an additional renal unit across the Network and work with clinical teams and estates to resolve same sex issues within the day unit. Worked with clinicians to improve patient pathways by reviewing outpatient clinics and developing a business case for non-trainee junior doctors to maintain staffing levels.

Skilfully managed cancer services within a South East based NHS Foundation Trust. Responsible for all operational areas to ensure cancer patients get consistently good care throughout the pathway. Delivered reduced backlogs and delivered all Cancer targets for 9 months.

Effectively managed Outpatient Services for a Large London NHS trust. Delivered National Targets and the development of robust internal data collection procedures and Trust database system. Outstanding commercial acumen paired with a ‘can-do’ attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Prince2 Practitioner qualified Project Manager of a large-scale Covid-19 Response Programme. Highly qualified having obtained MBA, Prince2 Practitioner and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner status.

Expertise in RTT Process mapping and Project Implementation. Providing assistance with outlining how RTT should be implemented.
