Our Client, based in the East of England is seeking to recruit an interim Divisional Director of Operations – Emergency, for an initial period of 6 months.
- As part of the senior team supporting the office of the Deputy COO & Chief Operating Officers’ office, you will work as part of a triumvirate model alongside the Divisional Medical Director and Divisional Director of Nursing.
- Possess significant experience of driving strategy and change in a large scale complex environment, working with senior leadership teams and boards.
- Take specific responsibility for the day-to-day management, operational and financial performance of the clinical and other services within the Emergency Division.
- Responsibility for providing an appropriate infrastructure to support the clinical activity of the Division, ensuring the optimum utilisation of all resources available.
- Form and drive a coherent strategy and change agenda to achieve the quality and finance expectations set out in the Clinical Services Strategy and Trust business plans.
- Lead bids for services and contract negotiations within the Trust’s corporate framework, collaborating as needed with Trust colleagues and other health care providers to promote innovation and the development of services.
