  • A highly effective interim with a wide range of clinical (RGN Qualified), managerial, and transformational experience predominantly within Acute and Community settings.
  • Successfully worked in a variety of transformational and operational roles, delivering projects by maximising available resources to meet increase demand without compromise to safety or quality.
  • Expertly led on the development of an integrated Single Point of Access, streamlining the discharge hospital pathways to reduce delays in patient discharges.
  • Effectively mapped gaps in learning and development within community teams to reduce unnecessary hospital admissions.
  • Supported ward and community based staff to review more efficient ways of working to provide cost effective, high quality care using ‘lean’ principles.
  • Comprehensively reviewed Trusts internal nurse bank, developed procedures and controls to maximise use of bank staff, minimise use of agency and reduce overall temporary staff expenditure.
  • A sound knowledge of the importance of staff engagement & inclusion and that delivering service improvement requires effective communication to ensure a culture of collaboration.
