To be directly responsible to the Executive Director of Governance and Operations for the strategic and operational management of the following services:
- Centralised Patient Booking Service
- Centralised Out Patient services
- Delivery of Access targets: RTT and Non RTT Performance
- Cancer Services and Performance against Standards
Work closely with clinical and managerial colleagues to ensure that the Trust has clear and deliverable trajectories for the delivery of elective access and cancer standards.
Support the Director of Governance and Operations in the delivery of all aspects of strategic and operational performance relating to the job purpose.
Work with the Assistant Director of Operations (Urgent Care), Director of Transformation and Assistant Director of Governance & Risk to ensure that safe, responsive, effective and efficient patient care is consistently delivered throughout the organisation.
Support the Director of Governance and Operations and Assistant Director of Operations (Urgent Care) in preparing the organisation for EPR operational readiness.
Support the delivery of the elective access improvement programme and the out patient improvement programme.
