The Deputy Chief Operating Officer will provide leadership to all divisions, ensuring the effective implementation of national and local strategies and the delivery of service objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, providing leadership to all divisions.
- Working within the Operational Leadership Team with the Clinical Director for Clinical Governance and the Deputy Director of Nursing.
- Building strong working relationships to ensure quality and efficient services.
- Holding overall responsibility for the operational management of the Divisions via direct line management of Divisional General Managers.
- Leading on designated trust-wide developments to integrate and streamline services.
- Possessing the drive and motivation for continual performance improvement within the clinical and managerial workforce.
