Daily rate: £400 per day

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months initially

Location: Midlands

Must be clinically qualified.

Support a group of CCG's in the setting up of new Personal Health Budgets (PHBs).

Implement the next stage of PHBs for the local population.

Support the Strategic Lead to develop the service moving forward.

The PHB programme has been expanded beyond Continuing Care in line with the National Strategic direction.

Use clinical expertise to analyse and challenge health information and assessments to ensure that an accurate assessment of children's needs are documented.

Provide high quality, integrated health assessments for children and young people across the area that will determine eligibility for Children's Continuing Care.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence the implementation of PHBs to enable children and their carers to have more input to the way their care is delivered.
