Responsibilities and qualifications

  • During a period of significant organisational changes, support on restructures and related processes.
  • Deliver successful strategy implementation; Workforce strategy, people management and leadership capability, workforce performance and productivity.
  • Provide business insight into the formulation of both local and corporate Workforce Strategy HR.
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency of application and approach on all people management matters.
  • Contribute to the wider management and leadership of the Workforce and OD Directorate through membership of the Workforce and OD Directorate leadership team.
  • The successful HR Manager will be qualified to CIPD level 7 (or equivalent qualification or experience), have significant and broad working knowledge across multiple HR specialisms and experienced at working at management level.
