This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and motivated team. This role is suited to a dynamic person who is seeking their next Operational Management position.
Responsibilities include:
- Report to the General Manager and work alongside other Associate General Managers for other specialities ensuring delivery of corporate and divisional performance targets.
- Leading the delivery of major performance targets in the NHS plan to improve access to and quality of patient service.
- Developing, testing and implementing new ways of working to transform patient services.
- Ensure that the services provided by the Surgery Division are in line with best practice guidelines.
- Undertake reviews of current services to ensure seamless pathway for patients.
- Work with the senior management team, Executive team and with external partners such as commissioners.
- Possess the ability to form good working relationships at all levels including working closely with senior clinical colleagues to help redesign and re-configure services which enhance patient experience and quality of care.
