Are you an experienced Care Assistant looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in your local community? We're looking for experienced care workers with at least 2 years of hands-on care experience to join our friendly domiciliary care team.

£500 Joining Bonus:

  • £250 after successfully completing your 3-month probation
  • £250 after 6 months of continuous employment

About the Role:

As a Community Driver Care Assistant, you'll travel between clients' homes providing essential care, practical support, and companionship. Every day is different, and you'll help people remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. You must be happy to travel across all areas we cover (Swindon and the local area).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care, including washing, bathing, and continence support
  • Assisting with mobility and medication administration or prompting
  • Preparing meals and supporting with light household tasks
  • Delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and independence
  • Supporting clients to attend appointments and access their local community
  • Working closely with families and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care

Shifts Available:

We have flexible opportunities to suit your lifestyle, including:

  • Morning: 7:00am - 2:30pm
  • Evening: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
  • Tea & Bed: 5:00pm - 11:00pm

Full-time, part-time, and weekend-only positions are available.
