We have an opportunity available for a dynamic Commercial Property Solicitor / Fee Earner, to work for a well-established and well-regarded law firm, based in Southend-on-Sea. This offers a salary of £55,000 to £65,000 depending on your experience, plus a generous bonus structure.

Your benefits as the Commercial Property Solicitor / Fee Earner will include holiday, pension, eye test vouchers, career support and development, and a great working environment.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5.30 pm, with one hour for lunch. This is a full-time, office-based, permanent position, there is some wiggle room for hybrid working, for the right person.

As the Commercial Property Solicitor, with around three to five years PQE, this opportunity is perfect for someone seeking rapid progression and the opportunity to work on their own files, with appropriate support. There is a strong emphasis on personal work generation and development. You will also be working alongside their partners in their corporate and commercial property teams on significant transactions.

To be considered for this Commercial Property Team Legal Assistant / Paralegal opportunity you will need:

  • To live within a reasonable distance of Southend-on-Sea.
  • Ideally 3-5 years PQE.
  • Experience within Commercial Property.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook Email.
