Litigation Solicitor Key Responsibilities
Handle a varied caseload within the litigation team
Advise and represent clients in residential possession proceedings and landlord/tenant disputes
Support on broader litigation matters including contract disputes, debt recovery, land disputes, contentious probate, and employment issues
Maintain high standards of client care and legal accuracy

Litigation Solicitor Requirements
Qualified Solicitor (NQ3 years PQE)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage a busy caseload
Team-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Ideal experience to include experience in residential possession and landlord/tenant disputes, contract disputes, debt recovery, land disputes (e.g. trespass, easements), contentious probate, employment matters.
