A respected and expanding firm is seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their growing team in Chelmsford.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, commercially minded solicitor who enjoys a mix of claimant and respondent work and wants to play a key role in developing a thriving department.

The Role You’ll handle a varied and stimulating caseload, advising both individuals and businesses across the full spectrum of employment law.
Your work will include: Advising individuals on complex employment issues and achieving the best possible outcomes Managing matters such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, whistleblowing and contractual disputes Drafting and negotiating Settlement Agreements Supporting employer clients (from start-ups to established SMEs) with day-to-day HR and employment law queries Drafting and reviewing contracts, handbooks and policies Providing clear, practical advice in plain English Attending networking events, building relationships and helping grow the department Writing articles, contributing to marketing content and representing the firm at business events This is a client-facing role where your communication skills, commercial awarene...
