Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.

Manage the companies shared email inbox.

Keep the CRM database up to date, logging interactions, next actions, and customer feedback.

Provide administration support to the Key Account Managers, including preparation of documents, checking deliveries, and updating order details.

Monitor and respond to customer enquiries, ensuring a professional response within service level targets.

Quote follow-ups: Track and follow up quotations, ensuring responses are timely and recorded.

Customer calls: Make outbound calls to progress enquiries, gather feedback, or provide updates.

Escalation communication: Flag urgent or complex issues to colleagues quickly and clearly.
