A respected and long-established law firm in Southend-on-Sea is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (around 3 years PQE) to join their thriving property department. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to progress within a supportive, client-focused team and handle a high-quality caseload of commercial real estate matters .

The Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a broad range of commercial property transactions , including:

• Commercial conveyancing

• Landlord and tenant matters

• Acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing

• Development agreements

• Providing clear, commercially minded legal advice to a diverse client base

You will also work closely with colleagues across the firm\’s wider practice areas, including Property Law, Dispute Resolution, Wills and Probate, Family Law, Employment Law, and Commercial Business Services .

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-3 years PQE in commercial property law

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial leases, property finance , and real estate transactions

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• Able to manage your own caseload independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
