Commercial Property Solicitor Responsibilities
Working for a Southend-based firm that offers legal services across Property, Dispute Resolution, Wills & Probate, Family Law, Employment, and Commercial Business. Known for their client-first approach and supportive culture.
Manage commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
Provide expert legal advice on leases, acquisitions, disposals, and landlord/tenant matters
Build strong client relationships and maintain high service standards
Collaborate with colleagues across departments
Commercial Property Solicitor Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with 23 years PQE in commercial property
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
