The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions
- Handling freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Acting for landlords and tenants on commercial lease matters
- Advising clients on property finance and development transactions
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and legal documentation
- Advising on title issues, easements, covenants and associated matters
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Providing a high standard of client care and legal advice
- Assisting senior colleagues on complex matters where required
About You
- Previous experience within commercial property law is essential
- Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals
- Strong understanding of commercial property transactions
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Confident handling your own workload and caseload
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently whilst also contributing to a wider team
