Due to growth, an FCA regulated, NACFB approved Business Finance brokerage is seeking a driven Finance Specialist to join their Saffron Walden team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with office based sales experience who wants to build a career in commercial finance, SME lending, and business funding solutions.
Finance Specialist Responsibilities
- Handle inbound SME enquiries and convert warm leads.
- Provide business loans, cashflow finance, invoice finance, asset finance, and property finance solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to funding completion.
- Build relationships with commercial lenders and maintain a strong deal pipeline.
- Earn uncapped commission based on completed deals.
Finance Specialist Benefits
- £27,000 guaranteed basic salary
- Uncapped significant earning potential
- Realistic to earn £55,000+ in year one
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

- Monday – Friday, 9am–6pm (one hour unpaid lunch)
- No weekends
Finance Specialist Requirements
- Within commuting distance of Saffron Walden (nearest station: Audley End).
- Minimum one year in an office based sales role.
- Experience in finance or lending is highly beneficial.
- Confident communicator, target driven, and motivated to earn.
- Degree preferred but not essential.
