We\’re looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our team across the Swindon area. No experience? No problem-we provide full training. What matters most is your compassion, commitment, and drive to help others live independently. Rate: £13.70/hour + 35p mileage Areas Covered: Swindon (including West & North Swindon, Town Centre, Wroughton, Chiseldon, Highworth) Driving licence and access to a vehicle required What You\’ll Do: Support clients with daily routines in their own homes Assist with personal care (bathing, showering, continence) Support mobility and administer medication Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping Follow person-centred care plans to promote independenceShifts Available: Morning shift: 7:00am – 2:30pm Evening shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm Flexible options: Full-time, Part-time, WeekendsWhat You\’ll Need: Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle Availability for early mornings, evenings, and some weekends A caring nature and strong communication skills Right to work in the UKWe\’re a friendly, family-run provider that values our team as our greatest asset.
