PRODUCTION OPERATIVE – NEWPORT PAGNELL (4 ON AND 4 OFF)

Competitive Salary

• Salary bands between £13.86 per hour (starting salary) and £18.25 per hour.

Skills And Experience Required

• Previous experience in a production environment preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
• Good team skills including reliability, communication and a flexible approach are essential.

Main Duties

• Operating automated machinery and ensuring the smooth running of production lines.
• Carrying out regular product quality checks and keeping accurate records.
• Supporting with basic equipment maintenance and reporting any issues.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
• Complying with Company Health and Safety Policy.
• Complying with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Working within a small team to ensure production targets are met.

Hours Of Work

• We offer a 4 on and 4 off continental shift pattern based on a rotation of 2 days (06:00 to 18:00) and 2 nights (18:00 to 06:00).
