Production Operative β Newport Pagnell (Monday to Friday)

Main Duties:
- Operating automated machinery and ensuring the smooth running of production lines.
- Carrying out regular product quality checks and keeping accurate records.
- Supporting with basic equipment maintenance and reporting any issues.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
- Complying with Company Health and Safety Policy.
- Complying with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Working within a small team to ensure production targets are met.

Hours of work:
- We offer a unique Monday to Friday shift pattern based on a 3-week rotation which means you only work 10 shifts, with 11 days off (including weekends!), during the 3 weeks, working a combination of days (06:00 to 18:00) and nights (18:00 to 06:00).
Skills and Experience required:
- Previous experience in a production environment preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
- Good team skills including reliability, communication and a flexible approach are essential.
