Production Operative – Newport Pagnell (4 on and 4 off)

Main Duties:

  • Operating automated machinery and ensuring the smooth running of production lines.
  • Carrying out regular product quality checks and keeping accurate records.
  • Supporting with basic equipment maintenance and reporting any issues.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
  • Complying with Company Health and Safety Policy.
  • Complying with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Working within a small team to ensure production targets are met.
  • Pay increase after successful completion of probationary period.

  • Previous experience in a production environment preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Good team skills including reliability, communication and a flexible approach are essential.
