We are working with an established freight forwarder who is looking to recruit a Freight Pricing Analyst - Ocean Services - Europe. The role is to manage Ocean Pricing from within Europe.

Role Involves:

  • Review RFQ from CRM.
  • Communicate with Sales, Account Management, Product and build strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Product.
  • Perform data analysis using Excel and Power BI.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Manage deadlines.
  • Convert customer formats.
  • Insert/Integrate pricing based on tools and in line with strategy.
  • Communicate to the field.
  • Manage responses.
  • Audit responses.
  • Maintain communication per Document Retention Policy.
  • Update RFQ Bid Log/Pricing Tool in a timely manner.
  • Support team and Sales with pre-engagement for upcoming bids.
  • Actively engage in and support Pricing projects.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong freight knowledge.
  • Proactive, strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to liaise at all levels.
  • Good MS Office, especially Excel including formatting, reporting etc.
  • Ocean Pricing experience.

Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm or 8am-4.30pm. Salary depends on experience.
