Job title Administrator Location Pontefract Hours 08.30 – 16.30 – Mon – Fri (35hrs – 1hr Lunch) Salary £23,660 (£13Ph) We are looking for an experienced administrator to join a buoyant team and to provide first-class, professional, administrative support for the office/company. Specialists in the design, supply, installation and maintenance. The Role: * Responsibility for general running of the office to include (but the list is not exhaustive): * Sorting and booking in Service work and assigning to engineers. * Day to day dealing with engineers regarding Workload. * Assisting with the Company Quality Audits. * Telephone, Customer queries and enquiries and engineer queries. * Emails (general requests/enquiries/queries) for Admin and sort portal emails. * Responsible for liaising with the Sub contractors for all the services that CFS offer (From enquiries through to arranging certification). * Invoicing engineers work. * Processing of quotations through to producing orders. * Setting up new sites/customers and assigning to engineers. * Assisting management with any other reasonable requests. * General administrative tasks for the business. In addition to the elements in this job description, this role also includes such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require. Skills: * Familiarity with basic software – Windows, Microsoft Office etc * Ability to type quickly and accurately. * Ability to learn and use operating system.
